I also break in engines with duel springs. Unless, their k800. I've only had one bad experience and that was with Scat lifters. Now I only use reground lifters from SLR cams.

Oh lord, I agree with Mike. Now I'm not sure I trust myself LOL. Anyways, I should also point out that I use SLR camshafts. Their custom ground and profiled to match his lifters.

Holland Automotive Machine on 26th St just east of Lincoln Ave sells Brad Penn Grade 1 Green oil and also their Break In Oil for $7/quart. Not a bad deal. Just walk in and say you want some oil and they will pull it off the shelf for you.

Auto value sells brad penn as well. I think thats what im going to run in mine. Just not sure of the weight im gonna run.

Auto Value had Joe Gibbs on the shelf. I also bought Brad Penn from the Zeeland Auto Value, but they had to get it for me from the warehouse. Only took a couple of hours and they had it.

I seem to remember them having penn but didn't ask. They do have gibbs on the shelf. I guess i should have asked when i talked to Kyle a few hrs ago

Brad penn is Less. Holllad automotive machine is asking 7/quart. Joe Gibs Classic car hot rod oil is 11/quart on the shelf at my local auto value.
