I am glad it was a great turnout. I wish I could have come. I am sure I would of learned alot with all the different repairs going on. I will have to put a 55 gallon drum of brake fluid in the back seat so I can make it to Holland this coming week. The engine runs great. Its just the stopping I might have a problem with. Maybe if I fill the brake fluid the day off and take extra with me I can refill it up there if needed. John in Plainwell

Oh, and long after the festivities were over, one young girl continued to help daddy with his "Beep Beep" as she talked about all the different colored beep beeps at our house and a green bus! GREAT time, thanks all!

We will not be able to make it tomorrow to the April meeting. I have to go over to Battle Creek on Sat. I really wanted to drive the bug but I have major brake issues. Last week I filled the brake fluid up and its been parked all this time and I got in it to pull it out of the garage today to clean and theres no brakes. I checked the fluid and its almost empty. It has been leaking ever since we got it but not this bad. I think the leak is in the tunnel somewhere which would be hard to fix and a lot of time Have a good time Sat. and hopefully I can get them fixed by next weeks show. John in Plainwell John: We looked over Al's car. It was leaking from the same spot under the car as yours. We think it is the master cylinder leaking and not the metal line. (his metal lines were re-routed under the car.) I think we should look into replacing the master cylinder and the 4 brake hoses on your car too. Much easier than replacing the metal lines. Could be done in an afternoon. AJ, what do you think? -Bren

Well at least he knows where there's a brand new fuse if ever needed. What a terrible spot for a fuse box.
