Well, tomorrow is almost here! And what a beautiful day today was! For those of you who hadn't heard, VW is now the world's #1 automaker--they took over from Toyota! Too cool! The bad news is my VW is running really hot, for some reason the fans aren't kicking on when they should like they did when all the guys came over this winter  Hopefully we can figure something out... Can't wait to see everyone! |

Pictures ? Where was our photograph guy he usually takes the pictures. I did see someone else with a camera. I saw oil changes and transmission oil changes. Glen checked the timing on almost everyones car. Bren fixed his charging issue. I saw a cool red split window panel Bus. Bigalvp found his brake fluid leak. Jerry installed tin on his Beetle. Best of all I rode in 2 Buses a green one and a white one. Thanks everyone I had a great time. |

My camera stayed home, sorry.
Had a great time. Hated too, but I almost wanted to complain about the heat, sunburn in April, crazy! Needless to say we had beautiful weather!
Thanks to Al and family for hosting us. It worked out great. Thanks for the pop and snacks too, that was very nice of you.
I hope everyone got done what they wanted to. I had not planned to work on my car but my car decided differently. I appreciate all the help with my generator replacement. Lots of good help and advice.
Not too long ago it felt like it would be forever until the show season started....
I look forward to seeing everyone next weekend!

Ok Got home at 8:45 or so. Did end up retimeing veh as after warming up (oil temp went right back up to 215 but dipstick was just warm) there was no idle. All ok. ok on with the pics  Breaking stuff no doubt  Did drive home though.  Can you believe autolight plugs and housbrand oil in such a pretty bus???  Even Karmans came out to play  look a fat chick Allys big sister?  ((((((((((((((((((SPLASH)))))))))))))))))))))  Had a pullyechtomy  love low back seats  Yummy  norwegian wood?  lowrider  ally got some new trans lube and played with the timing.  Als kids loved the beep beeps Especially the busses, tell em to talk mom into one !!  The dude who did this was both a genius and an idiot!!!  German, Swedish, American tractor technology at work  Anybody see some dead cow to feast on?  Book ends  The End There were three busses in attendance. Night night. |

I knew someone would make fun of my tune up purchases.I promise I will get better oil and better spark plugs next time. It was running really good on the way home

Good time and great turnout. It felt like a success to me and I managed to stay out of the pics for the most part haha.
