Mike. Like I have said before, I'm my own worst enemy. I built my system from the ground up. I believe most of my issue were from a pinched fuel line. I know Prescott aka the underdog bought his setup from The Dub Shop. Last year Prescott mentioned that he put down the most horse power ever on a dino with it and continues to win race after race with it.

They made the hard wood boarder look pretty good. I have to say the contact paper wood grain is a bit tacky, but still looks cool from a distance. Nice body work on the nose too. You would think it rolled off the Karman body works with that nose on it! I have seen a couple other bugs with similar front ends. Very unique.

I pulled my T-bars off the Beetle a few weeks ago and gave them to my friend Nick who's a wonder with this kinda thing. We stripped the crappy Chinese powdercoat off of them and made them more closely match the car. I call them Rus-T-Bars.

Went for a nice 8 mile drive. I am getting more comfortable with this tuning software. Simon ran well so I rewarded him by giving him a car wash.

Hi Gang... Just an update on what I did for my VW today...I sold her. Yes, the "Sweet Sue II" went down the road to a new home. Not able to add any details to the sale except to say that my 1967 13 window, 9 passenger deluxe station wagen is sadly missed, but I'll be concentrating on restoring the '65 Beetle and bringing her out in the Spring. Had 9 great years with my Titian Red/Beige-Grey beauty and was blessed again and again with awards and trophies at shows all over West Michigan and Northern Indiana. There'll never be another one like her, but memories are a wonderful thing! Vintagegirl (Susie Lucas)
