Get those babies mounted and lets see some total weights with tires, Maybe some before and after weights. Lastly these beautiful wheels gracing the car! Sorry I'm just getting anxious for spring.

Me too! Just not sure it will happen pre-surgery. I hear I will not be doing much for a while post-surgery either.

Ah,
Well I'll look forward to seeing them and reading the new weight savings when you can get back to it.

And look how heavy the one going out is! This battery is WAY too heavy: ;D Might have to do something about this problem: Stock '67 rim for weight comparison. My rear rim should acually be heavier since it is a wider rim: Worked on the MSD wiring today. MSD manual said to route the distributor signal wires away from all other wires to avoid signal interference. Oops, did not read that part.... Last year I was getting some hesitation as I ran out the 1/4 in 3rd gear. Called CB Performance thinking maybe something was wrong with the distributor. They told me about this wire routing. Hopefully it eliminates that hesitation problem.

My calculations show I will be reducing 75lbs from the car with the battery and rim changes. Not to mention the rotating mass reduction.
