Dan, couldnt we fab some type of metal box for your heater buddy that would tie into your rear heat tubes - maybe with a 12v fan? I have that little sheet metal brake / slip roll over here.

I think if I just mount it on the seat tray Im going to make that will be fine for what Im doing. We shall see. Im not really focussing on that. Im focusing on the front suspension right now. Its a surprise

I think so...
Anyway todays project was to install some air shocks on the front. Done and Done. Seems to be working well. I wont know how it rides till the weather gets better but it seems to sit more correctly.

Yea the Msd digital 6 has 2 retard features, whent he veh is started and under 200 rpm retards timing 10 degrees, then goes to regular timing (distributor is locked), then when you arm the nos the timing again retards to whatever you set it. Its a clever system.

You can't say that! It's timing challenged.

Ok finishing her up for the spring things. So.... Ive added some shims to the right side of the beam as I found that the left side was 4" longer wheelbase than the right side ! then installed a new cip1 85amp alternator (sold the old 55 amp in like no time) found LOTS of fitment issues with the new alternator and it took a little shiming of the crank pulley and the alternator backing plate to make work (crap design, with no notes from the seller!) (cip1 is on my s list for 1 month not just for selling this piece of crap but also for very little help on how to fix it) Also have some new seat covers (wet suit type to protect my Recaros) and a sweeeet steering wheel cover from wheels skins (check em out they are top notch!) that I still have to install. I installed my briefcase speakers and they sound great. Still need to make a wood base for the nos bottle and still have to wire in my retard wire for said nos. Am right now refinishing my steering wheel, the aluminum center is getting painted white (you will see why) and thats what Im up to right now. Oh still need to get the car aligned as well, its close though.

Wow, 4" difference in wheelbase! Never measured mine. Wonder if I should. Wonder how common this is. Did you get them the same length now? You can also move the axle fore and aft on the spring plate right?
