LOL at all the walnuts. When you get it make sure you take all the tins off, check the intake, carb, and cylinders for more, and more "insulation" before you try to start it. LOL.

Also, love the bullet holes. What all did they go through? My brother inlaw used to have a WW2 Willys Jeep with holes in it, that thing was cool as hell.

First I have to get it out , and go to the car wash with the big vacs that they have , the engine area should clean up fast . As far as the Bullet Holes I have not had a chance to check them out , I will slide an arrow in the hole and go from there . I think they are cool so not sure if they will be repaired . Also This bus does have Squirrel cage and I do have a permit .

Great pics Glen, The owner told me the bullet holes were from a lady who rented that houses kids shooting their guns off out into the woods and hit the van. Nice to have that paint code sticker the one in my super is long gone. You can still see where it was but it was worn away over the years. I think wolfsburg west has those stickers you can buy now but its way better to have an original.

Would make a great electric veh Id check the other side of the headliner ; that black mold looks dangerous. Hell Id rip it out and panel up the interior, make a camper. Looks like a solid start for a project. How hard is it to find glass for this thing? Did you try to turn the motor over to make sure it is not siezed? How/when are you dragging it out. Or were you thinking of driving it out !!! cool bus. Mind you I like 71 and older but still cool plus these can keep up with traffic stock.
