Making a simple jig to drill out the throttle shaft bores on my carbs to accept the much larger than stock igus iglide T500 polycomposite bushings. Should last much longer than the wimpy factory bronze bushings.

Finally got the motor back in the '67 bug. Hopefully will have it on the road soon!

Finally installed the Setrab Oil cooler & oil thermostat, Temps were only up at 212* high RPM(80+mph   on I-75 yesterdays 'RatRace run' Kind of a shake down run before 'Yipsi' |

Mike, is that just a stand alone oil cooler or is there something supplying a draft of cool air flow that I can't see in the picture?
