Interesting looking thermostat. What brand is that? Looks different from the ones I have seen.

Got to putting the tins & exhaust on today, but seem to be having a connection problem....... Other than that, needing some flaps for the shroud, then it'll be completely together!!

I'll bring them with me for sure Ray....I got mine "moving" (i use that term loosely lol) but they will NOT turn by hand as of yet. Seems Brian has a good set, so if he cares to part with them I'll go that route, and get mine all cleaned up for spares/another project/another member or what not

hard lines finally all installed, brakes are bled (awesome pedal now!) and engine to apron seal installed. Thinging maybe of re-bleeding the brakes again if Ray & the guys are up for helping....never bled dual piston calipers before and the pedal still feels a tad "squishy". May just be me, but thinking that getting them looked at by the VW guru's would be a good insurance policy

Got the engine buttoned up day before yesterday, got all the body seals installed (not as hard as I thought they were going to be, even though the engine to rear apron tried to give me fits lol) and just got back from getting a couple Cobalt drill bits to remove the broken beam bolt next Sunday. Would slide the engine in, but not wanting to chance a downpour while working on it. Kinda sucks not having a garage T-Minues 7 days
