OK, we need to get back to this.
Paul (pikeman) and Tina (teeniebits) have agreed to chair the meeting.
We need to come up with a location. Does anyone know of a (centrally located) place we could hold a meeting? Would like it to not be a restaurant as that seems to interfere with the meeting. Once we have a location we can lock in a date.

We have these two weekends available: January - 14-15 or 21-22
We want as many people as possible to attend.
Please post up or send me a PM as to which date is best for you.
We will then choose the date that the majority of people can attend.

Another suggested topic:
Moderation of the forum. How do we do it? What are the rules? Should we implement a two person decision process so one person can't just wipe something out? Should we go to making a warning in the thread about language/behavior etc. then if it is not followed the thread is locked?
