Date is Sunday, January 15, with a blizzard date of Sunday, January 22. This will be a BYOC (bring your own chair  ) and a dish to pass. Ray will have water, soft drinks, and coffee. How does 1:00 sound? We will also need utensils, plates, and napkins-just bring what you have, even if its not a whole pack |

Hi Steven,
The meeting is on the 15th, 1pm. January 22nd is the backup date just in case we get really bad weather.
Who knows... maybe this extended Fall thing will last a while... hmmmm probably not.

I would like to share some thoughts on my intentions towards running the upcoming club meeting.
1. I intend to use a modified,loose version of Robert's rules of order to conduct the meeting. All this entails is being recognized by the chair to speak,stand and identify yourself before speaking, and the gavel stops all conversation. This method will allow everyone to be heard in an orderly fashion.
2. This meeting is about bringing positive change to the club for the new year. This meeting is not the forum to rehash prior negative incidents, or solve personal conflicts.
3. Just like every other club I am a member of, this club is run by a core group of 10-15% of the membership, while the other 85-90% attend functions and complain about them. Lets accept this , and move on. If you choose not to attend the meeting, please do not complain about decisions made at the meeting.
4. I feel that the number of members that attend the meeting shall be considered a quorum, and that decisions made at the meeting be binding on the club as a whole.
These are my thoughts, and I will hope others will add positive thoughts in an attempt to make this meeting productive.
