You just have to run a 1/4" drill through the hinge pin hole before you put the new pins in. It only take 15 minutes to do all of it.

Painted the framehead:  Cleaned up the tunnel; primed it; put down some seam sealer:  Sprayed on truck bed liner (spraybomb type) to give the floor some texture (decided to put bed liner on the framehead too.):  Trying to have the pan ready before Jason is done with the body. Next up is painting over the truck bed liner. Going to go with a Grey. |

Painted the top of the pan today, first coat. First time I painted with a real spray gun. Did not go too bad.  |

you keepin it all steel or gonna put it ona diet like madmike needs to (hahaha) ive got glass fenders i can make u a deal very lite weight for the front
