No life , 3 shows in one weekend is because I have nothing else . I spent half my life arround Bikers and things started to go bad , it was time to do something different so I started to hang with the cruisers and doing car shows a lot less stress HA HA . No - for maybe $10.00 - $15.00 per show and 6-8 hour of shooting the breeze , now that's cheap entertainment .

Glen, I wish you could make it to our GTG on the 20th but your schedule is full already. We are going to take our Club Photo to send into Hot VW's that day.

Put her up on blocks last night for undercoating , Blasted the LP gas tank , an guard plate along with the front mud flaps . When I got home and got kicked back I started to look into my new Bentley Manual - Man now this is what I was looking for !!!! 400 plus pages - this is going to take some time just thumbing thru the pages .

I always get the Bentley manual for all my VW's very handy book to have around. Also the haynes manual is a good compliment to the Bentley when you don't have those special vw tools. Also the old Road Baron manual and Clymer Publications manuals are very good as well as the How To Keep Your VW Alive book.

Glen: Drive slow! Watch out for those other 'invisible cars' on the road. We don't want to see you do this all over again!!
(Invisible car: any car this is not a VW. (my son calls our malibu an invisible car, looks like everything else on the road, can't find it in the parking lot.))

Feel free. Makes more sense to me than 'street cars'. I think we should all use it.
(sorry for the hijack Glen!)

One more off topic post, I like invisible cars as well. I always called my GTI and other cars "normal" cars.

Keep um coming I can handle it . As of last night the undercoating is done , grommets are in , mud flaps are back on and LP gas tank got painted . Dropped her back down off the blocks an like I posted earlier pending the weather rock this afternoon we will take pictures for insurance . Also @ noon today I pick up my appraisal. I still haven't got to work on the doors . But last night one of my Cruiser buds stop by the shop about 6:30 pm and hung out till 10:00 when I finely shut down . Wake up @ 4:04 am layed back down 11:20 pm Life goes on ...
