Ok, the time of yeare has come again for us to say "Thank You" to US131 Motorsports Park for sponsoring the VW Bug Rus. We do this by attending one of their test and tune events, this year on 10/17/09. This is a social gathering where we get a chance to run our cars down the track just for fun.
Please respond to this post or send me a PM if you are going to attend so we can add you to the sign-up sheet. This will help us plan the event. Thanks!

Sunday was the first time I ever been on a strip , (Drag) that is . It was cool as he!! , But Westley is not the quick type Bus . So that brings up my 74 Standard then that brings up , Drag V Autocross . Then that brings up , oh never mind .
Odds are that I'll be there to cheer y'all on , I may strip Westley down ( remove the tent & pillow ) and make a run or Two .

Glen I have a month if I can get my new Westy on the road do you want to race? Bus vs Bus, Westy vs Westy, Early Bay vs Late Bay, 1600cc vs 2000cc.
I will get my butt kicked but it will be funny.
Yep sign me up too. I had a blast last year even when I popped my accelerator pump linkage and had to limp the Ghia home with a few paper clips. Even if I can't make it with the Westy I will drive the Ghia
