Hello, It is Jeremy! I met a few of you at the pizza hut after the show the other day. It was nice meeting all of you. I am still amazed at how friendly VW drivers are! This is my first (technically second) bus and is a 77 westfalia. I am driving it out to Utah in a couple weeks to move to Sandy, which is outside of Salt Lake City. My first bus was a '65 sundial that I sold. I didn't know why I sold it... just that I felt like I needed to. Shortly after, I was offered my job out west. I now know why! I will miss it but my '77 is a great bus!!! Here is an old pic of "Gaia", my Westy!  |

you'll find there are quite a few vw wrecking yards close to salt lake. It's a good place (utah) to find rust free busses and parts. moab has a good junk yard all vw the old guy is real nice he let me pick thru his stuff when I was there and mailed me a set of push rods later that I could not find any where. It's just a great state besides that. and your rust will not progress like here. good luck.
