I have a 4'x4' Black fold up Card Table with a padded top will that work?

Only 2 people per booth are free. $20 more for each extra person with a max of 2 extras. Sounds expensive to me.

Wow $75 a spot! Can we make enough money with what we will have to make it worth it? Also it says tables are for rent as well as chairs but you can bring your own chairs. It does not say if we can bring our own table.

Yeah, You can bring your own. What if we just have a spot for the club promotion(no Swap Sales) is it any more reasonably priced??? Like against the wall or on an end?? Later Kenn

I don't know if it is cheaper. Form only indicates one rate. I suppose you could call they guy and ask. I will follow up with Stephanie to see if she wants to help pay for a booth to promote the bug runs.

When I talked to Mike(he runs it) the ends and wall are sold to the last year attendees and sponcers of the show..$85.00 for a spot... STIFF But hey I'll buy the extra 20.00 ticket.. Thanks Dave T

I just spoke with Mike Sommer for Kenn as his phone was on the fritz. Mike is a interesting guy with lot's of insight and enthusiasm. Talked to him for 45+ minutes. He is also on staff at Sand Sports Magazine, Hot VW's sister publication.
He does not offer discounted rates for any booths. He is not raising the rates this year for booths or admission. He will make announcements for us during the day of the event. We simply have to write something up and email it to him ahead of time.

Good news! Just got this email from Stephanie:

How Cool is that way to go Bren, next queston do we want just that spot or go for two or more? I'm not sure if I have enough stuff to sell to make up the cost of an additional spot(I know I have enough stuff just not sure it is saleable/ profitable) know what I mean. Lets talk this over and go from there(maybe at the Christmas party) I'm still willing to go the cost if their is enough interest and it helps out the club.Later Kenn

Yes, we do now need to come up with a specific game plan. We have a little time between now and then. Not much though, it will be here before we know it.
