That's what I was thinking too. I'd really like to go on the Color Tour, but not sure I can dedicate the entire weekend to VW stuff.
Plus it might be a "stick-fest" as there a lot of leaves turning already.
What about the 10th?

I would like to attend a show in Indiana on the 10th with my cousin. He is getting a Bug this weekend and we want to do as much as we can before we have to put our beloved cars away.

Let's try to get near St. Johns and the cider mill. Lots of fun for everybody there. Dave I still need info on this Cider Mill like an address or web site. We still need to come up with a date and soon so we can invite everyone. When we have an official date set then we should start a different thread and leave this one for thoughts and suggestions. I still need to come up with a route. |

I am still looking for an address to the "Cider Mill" Anyone? Time is ticking by.
As for dates We have
Saturday Oct 2nd (Early?) Buses by the Beach Bus Boo
Sunday Oct 3rd (Early?) Buses by the Beach Bus Boo
Saturday Oct 9th
Sunday Oct 10th
Saturday Oct 16th Goodvolks Drag Day
Sunday Oct 17th
Saturday Oct 23rd (Late?)
Sunday Oct 24th (Late?)
Saturday Oct 30th (Late?)
Sunday Nov 1st (Late?)
Last year I believe it was on the 10th to me it seemed a bit to early.
Everyone voice your opinion as for a date if no one does by Thursday the 23rd I will just choose a date that I feel works best!!!
So far here is what was suggested

Bren (Bren) noted that GoodVolks Drag Day is the 16 Do we want both same weekend?

I would rather do the cruse on a Sunday morning / afternoon due to less traffic.
Anyone else?
Is the "Address unknown" aka magical hidden Cider Mill (the location known only by 81pumagtc (Dave) whom is not going to reveal the secret location due to reasons unknown by us common folk) even open on Sunday?

I counted about 6 trees today with some slightly intense color already just walking up to Carquest and back. Maybe the 10th WON'T be too early this year.

I would really like to do that show, the color tour, and the drag day as Matt just got his Bug at the end of the season so we want to do as much as possible.
