It doesn't look like I'll be able to come. This weekend falls between all of my last tests and then finals in about a week. I'd like to come, but I have no time.

Ok.. So I know how much $ to bring. Will you have the calanders there? Also will you have the shirts and stickers/ peel on fake stickers there???

I am not 100% sure if I am gonna make it??? Are the calendars going to be availiable then, or just the sample. I am gonna try to make it, but I have a few things wedding plannning related.

I will have window clings and cards available and a sample calendar. I am hoping to collect money for calendars people want since the number of calendars people want = a large amount of money. After the calendars are paid for and distributed the t-shirts will be ordered.

My baby sitter just bailed on us, so we won't make it. I'll be at the tech session tomorrow though.

It was a great time. Gift exchange worked out nicely. Nice place, looks like we will need someplace bigger next year! Nice problem to have. Hope everyone made it home OK.

Julie and I had a great time. Afterwards we had to go back to Bronson Hospital to get Julies van. Julie told me she knew how to get back to the hospital but I said I am all set...I printed out mapquest so we are ok. NOT!!! I could not see any street signs because it was so dark and I almost got rear ended once and we got lost. What should of been a 5 minute trip took 15 minutes. I think I might be in the market for a GPS unit. Also I will listen to Julie next time. After we got out of town it was not to bad. Everyone have a great Christmas.

I am sorry to hear that you got lost John & Julie. I live by Tom Tom he is my friend. I am glad that you got home safe. I too had a fun time I got to meet new friends and see some old friends. What a time. I am sure 2009 will be a blast.

Had an awsome time at the party, more importantly my wife had a great time! I'm really hoping to get her bit by the bug bug. Or at least have her make a bunch of new friends so I can take her to shows and gtg and such. Other than camping she is not much into my hobbies and I love it when I can take my best friend along. I can't then everyone enough for how nice everyone has been and making me and my wife so welcome!! it says a lot for this group of friends that a newcommer feels so welcome. I can't wait till spring and I'm hoping that not only will 09 be the first time I make it to the effingham trip but that my gal will want tocome with! It's been a while since we shared an automotive adventure (when we took our samari top down to Wisconsin dells). Yes the drive was misserable but with Wilma our GPS (when we get lost we both yell at it WILMA!!! Like in the flintstones) it was not so bad. Part of the charm of belonging to a car club is driving after all. Our 98 bug served us well that night as it always does.
