I managed to put an engine together for Sandy. Here's the specs: AS21 Fuel injected case 69mm C/W crank NOS Cima/Mahle FORGED 87mm pistons and cylinders W110 Cam 1.25:1 rockers w/swivel feet Stock DP heads, 35.5 X 32 S/S valves, single heavy springs, cleaned up ports. CB Lightweight lifters Stock 311 rods Dual Solex/Kadron 40's

Looking good, Patrick! Do you have to do anything special to the fuel injection case to use with a carb setup?

Forgot to mention... Compression is about 7.9:1. Conservative compression and forged pistons, hmmmm. This engine is gonna be a little baby someday. Looking good, Patrick! Do you have to do anything special to the fuel injection case to use with a carb setup? Nope, the case is the same, other than the fuel pump area. You must use an electric pump as there is no provision on the case for a mechanical pump.

My baby will be bottle fed this summer Its going to be EPIC. or messy. Im really working hard on not f'ing this up... check my posts. Cheapest hp out there and you only use it when needed.

That is a lot of travel for a light weight buggy! Is this a sand machine, trail rider, or a bit of both? I'm always interested to know how people intend to drive their toys
