US 131 Motorsports Park has once again agreed to sponsor us for this event.
At this event we will have a booth for the purpose of promoting the Bug Runs, US 131, The Good Volks, and GoodVolks events.
I would like to ask for someone to help me coordinate this for 2010. I would like for this person to then be the primary leader for 2011. This is not a huge task and does not take ton's of time so no need to feel intimidated. Many people help the day of so mainly there is some coordination prior to the event.

Dave and Patrick,
Our regular trip to Japan was postponed to March next year. But the other day, we received the letter from my brother, and his daughter is going to have wedding on May 30th 2010. Our daughter is going to graduate from Knox College, Ill on June 5th.
So we will be out of State from Mid May to early June. We'll miss some interesting activities, but now we can make to the Buggy Builder's show. If you need an additional help, please let me know.

We are looking for volunteers to help out with The Goodvolks activities at the Lansing Buggy Builders show, March 28th, 2010. US131 Motorsports park has kindly supplied us with a booth at the show, and in return, The Goodvolks will man the booth and spread the word about the upcoming Bug runs. In addition to the booth, responsibilities will include, handing out The Goodvolks show flyers for the Holland Sam's Club show, July 11th and Gilmore German Gathering car show, July 17th as well as US131 Motorsports park flyers for the Bug Runs on May 2nd and August 29th. We would also like to talk to each and every vendor, and personally invite them to attend these events, especially the Bug Runs. There will be plenty of other tasks also, but, with enough help, everything will go smoothly. Those who help will be responsible for the cost of their ticket. You will gain early entry into the event to work, so, please keep the early shopping to a minimum. If you are interested please contact Patrick (VW1S) via PM or e-mail. Thank you in advance!

I'm gonna try and make it. I can't say for sure until right before, but if I can be of any help, sorry about the short notice. Hope to make it !! ;D Of course the guy who is building my motor / trans will be there and the show is slowing up my build so he can get some engines and longblocks built for the show....darn!!!
