Who has the club banner?
Who has the photo album?
We need to make sure both of these are brought to the show by someone coming to help run the booth.

Last time I knew Mike and Robin had both. We could probaly also use some new/fresh pictures for the album. Like some of last years shows and events, Bug Runs,Color tour, Fort Wayne, Cruises, etc. etc...... How about chairs, snacks, refreshments, 2 wheel dolly?, wagon? T-shirts/hoodies/clings. Anything else?

YES, We have them. We will be bringing, tables . banner, photo album, club cards, stickers and we just put in a order for more shirts. Anything else? OH"EVERYONE" wear your "YELLOW" shirts if you do not have one see me at club booth "THANKS" Robin

I picked up a case of bottled water for everyone who mans the booth. I'll bring it Sunday morning. Does anyone want to bring coolers or anything? I'll also pick up some snacks.
