I'll check the fuel filler hose after the Bug Run. Mean time I drive the bus with 1/2 tank gas. Now I have extra time to do some misc improvements. Here is a SMALL electronic upgrade, not like AJ's bus.   |

After the Bug Run, I noticed that the distributor had excessive vertical play. It was not clean and had sticky plats and shaft. When I cleaned it with solvent, there were broken fiber washer pieces and missing a spacer. This is my new task to rebuild the distributor. I ordered a few fiber washers, shims and a spacer. Hopefully theses are right parts.    |

My Bus got a Christmas present!! Michele and I took her mother to Florida by Auto-train before Christmas. During our stay in Florida, I picked up the ladder for my bus. The ladder was made by Dave Perry who made my roof rack. He also makes Ghia's and beetle's roof racks, deck mount racks. These are nice looking racks. I may get one for my Ghia. Here are some pictures of my bus' Christmas present.      It is very right weight  |

DOnt forget to take the ladder off when you leave a venue!!!! Now you need some nice deck chairs and a card table to put up there at shows  Id say boy thats gunna whistle up there but then again its a bus! Its like a loaf of bread toodling down the road HAHAHAHAHA d**n I love those things!! Dan |

Here is my winter misc work on my bus. Installed a child cot. It is too cold to do anything in my garage.    I purchased this parcel shelf at the Buggy Builder show($1.00) last year. I replaced the old fabric with new one.  |
