With a 76mm crank, do you still use regular 90.5's or do you use the strokers? (assuming stock length rods). On a similar note, is it possible to use 92mm slip-ins on this for 2020cc

You can use either A or B pistons. I chose to use the A and just shimed the cylinders. With the stroker pistons you may have to use a longer rod to gain back the deck height. I do not recommend 92 cylinder unless you want to spring for the new cylinder with the thinker cylinder wall on top where you would have to have the head machined for the same size opening that you would use for 94. So if you are going to have the heads machined for 94s you may just as well do the same with the case. Machinist charge the same price to machine for 94 as they do for 92 and the same goes for the cylinder and piston no extra cost for 94 either.

Cool Cool. I want to do something similar to this. I was thinking of using the aircooled.net level 5 head www.aircooled.net/new-bin/viewproductdetail.php?keyword2=EHD0012 and an engle 130. Suggestions on rocker ratios? I'll probably just go with the 90.5 A's Seems easier. I want to get at least 90 horsepower out of it, I think that should be easily obtainable.

Sorry I am not a big fan of Aircooled.net. I and some others I know have had bad dealings with him. Plus if I did the math right you can get a nice set of the CNC ported heads from CB Performance for right around the same amount. I have less into the heads on this engine and would be willing to do a set for ya if you like. What do you want out of this engine you are building. A Engle 130 is a big cam and I think they are ground to run with stock lift rockers. If it is a street driven engine that you are building I would suggest the 120 maybe the 125. I really like dealing with SLR Racing Cams for my cams Steve is great and very helpfully. Send him a set of used stock lifters or a set of new Scat lifters and he will grind them to match the cam he will personally grind for ya. Cost is a little over a hundred bucks.

I only looked into the ACN ones as John seemed fairly honest on the samba and his site was one of the very few that actually listed flow.
I'd be interested in a set of heads, since you built this and it seems pretty potent, you obviously know what you are doing.
I'm thinking of running a CB EFI when it all comes time to do it if I have the cash. I hate weber carbs with a passion after helping my friend with his MG.
