Drove the rail to George's today. Beautiful weather for October. Got larger main jets for the 40 webers. The ride home was much more fun ;D especially when I got on the back roads!  Pulls nicely in every gear now. |

Went on a 40 mile drive to nowhere. Washed the Orange bug this morning for the first time in a couple of years. I dried him off and then when for a cruise to help dry inner areas. Gassed him up including a shot of Sta-bil and brought him home. Parked for the season. Pulled the battery to put in the Yellow bug for tonight's Cruise-In

Took the 59 bus to work today. It is Hella fun to drive. Still prefer the bug, but in a different way. Brakes are in horrible shape that will be next as soon as the owner is ready with some more coinage.

Drove the rail to Taco Bell last night. Met John there. Local Saturday night cruise in spot here in Battle Creek.

Cassie drove Ally for the first time today. She is in drivers training and I want her to be proficient enough to do the cone race in august or sept. She did pretty good for her first time and we both had a blast.  Dan |

Saturday we drove the Laser to Lansing for the Zoo Show ;D Got around 35-40 mpg @ 70-80 mph  Made it back for the "Lewiston Cruise" pulled the baffel out a rang the Cops ears at every corner ;D(they block traffic and actually let us burn rubber about 200 cars |

Finely drove it over to my brother-in-laws and after that went and looked at some bugs for sale in a barn. I am now starting to get some miles on it.

Bob and I went for a drive to meet up with friends and watch them play softball last night. Ruby ran very well. I need to check out the brakes however, heard some rubbing going on.  |
