I agree with Kevin, I would use 195/65 rears as they are closer to the stock tire height but still give you more width. Also if you are worried about your width and clearance in the front you should run either 145/15's or 135/15's. Since you are running a disc break front your track will be slightly increased as well as with slightly wider wheels.

I found a place in europe that sells them in 5 different colors and has 4.5 and 5.5. I converted the Euro to dollars and it will cost me 440 for the whole set. But here is the tricky part. How much do yu think it costs to ship those bad boys? I can not find it anywhere on their website. They have the following colors. Black, some kind of dark gray, silver, chrome, white.

It actually cost me 377 pounds. It was about 580 dollars shipped with bolts and caps for free. They are a 4x130 bolt pattern. the company is Midlandwheels.com If you check out the classic section under rims they sell every kind of old skool vw rim in all colors. Amazing. I used the currency calc. before I ordered.

Cool site, I like the Anthracite porsche pattern Gas burners, would love to see the silver ones to bad theres no pic.
Also love the black Raders. Not so sure about white rims though.

I got my rims today!!!!!!!!!!!! they look sweet, they came with BRm center caps and mounting hardware included. Best place to order rims in my opinion. Pics to come
