None of us are helping Saturday. That is all being done by another organization. We get to kick back and enjoy on Saturday!
AJ, I will meet you Saturday and drive in with you. Name the time.
I will also be going in early Sunday so I just may leave when you do.
Though I am not one of the 5 volunteers I will be there early to set up the club tent with Dustin.

Yes Saturday evening is the Meet and Greet Sunday is the Main Event. Give me a few to check MapQuest for drive times to nail down a departure time. My brain was in the garage during typing the oopsey was not my fault.

I have just checked the times the Saturday Meet and Greet starts at 6:00 pm from Hardings it takes 30 minutes. If we arrive at Hardings at 5:15 pm and leave at 5:30 pm. We should arrive on time.
On Sunday it was suggested I arrive at 7:00 am. So I need to leave at 6:30 am. If you would like to arrive at Hardings at 6:15 am that would be excellent.
Let me know who will be cruising up with me.

I wonder if we should go a little earlier Saturday? I was thinking of trying to be there around 5:45.

Saturday arrival time at the Meet and Greet at 5:45 pm is ok with me. We should leave no later than 5:15 pm so start arriving at 5:00 pm in Hardings parking lot and everything should go smoothly.
Ok the list is Bren, Kenn, and myself. Is there anyone else interested with traveling together?

Wow a extra 30 minute drive time I was just figuring that you were going to drive 94 to 131 I was trying to come up with a stop near the freeway interchange. What route were you planning to take?

I go across M-89. It is a nice drive from my place. Takes about 45 minutes from my place to the track. However, I like driving in a VW group so I will definately meet up with you on Saturday.

Who all is entering in the car show? I didn't really plan on it, but I want my car parked next to everyone elses cars. Can we park with the other cars and not get judged or is there some where we can all park in a group? Just curious I'll just enter the car show if it comes down to it.

So far there has not been a non-judged area near the car show. All members can enter in the show as the judges are independent; no conflict of interest. I would recommend putting your car in the show. I'll bet it will generate lots of interest. Looks great in the photos.
Are you coming down for the meet and greet?

My car isn't bad, it looks great from 15 ft away. I'll probably enter the show I was just wondering if everyone else was. Not sure about the meet and greet, I was trying to get a buddy to ride down with me, so I may show up.

Seems to me everyone in the club puts their car in the show. That is where we will be. It is nice that the Judge is independent. Lets us all participate in the event without any favoritism.
There has been talk of doing a exibition area for cars that don't want to be judged. It has not been officially set up. Though at the May event there were cars in the parking lot. Stephanie announced over the PA system that they could bring their cars in and put them near the show cars. None of them did. Don't know if that will be done again or not though.

If we come on saturday we pay $12 to get in and thats good for sunday as well.

My understanding is you pay Saturday and that covers Sunday too. I hope that is right.
I am a little confused on the pricing actually. If I remember right the $20 to enter a car includes one person's admission. Does anyone else remember for sure?
