hello volks, thanks to dustin, i learned about your sight. my name is curt & i drive a 81 vanagon westy, my wife drives a 72 ghia vert. we live in grand rapids & are with buses by the beach. we travel a little bit ( i think we've been to 38 states, some of canada & mexaco) & camp often, all in buses. lots & lots of buses. my next project is a 64 bus with a high-top, i've got to get going on that one. hope to see you all at our spring camp-out.

Hi Curt
Welcome aboard. I just recently sold my Vanagon ( wasn't a Westy though) just a plain jane passenger van. I had two different 88's one automatic that a bad coolant hose cooked the motor " I know I know coolant what is that Ha Ha" and the one I just sold with a 4 speed. They were my almost daily drivers (I have a service van for work) I really loved them both. One is still on the road and it had 140,000 on the broken odometer when I got it 4years ago
