o and the carbs are suppose to come in today ill mount the oil cooler and the carbs and tune them and hopefully be zooming arround

Looking good so far. I love how easy it is to work on that Rail and that old motor was looking quite weathered.

thanks dustin hopefully i can come out to a bunch of shows this summer i live by Detroit and dont really want to come out to the west side its a long drive for my explorer to pulll the rail and the explorer is getting tired and old so i try to stick to closer ones that i can either drive the rail to or trailer it really close

A good mounting position ;D I've seen too many placed over the intake of the fan shroud thus heating the air of an "Air Cooled motor", Nice Mini bikes ;D ;D ;D and that Tub Buggy would make a Cool Dragtub ;D ;D ;D Madmike

well first off i have some good books to help me figure out stuff the mini bike are sweet the gold one does 40 we clocked it like 10 times and the tub buggy is gone i sold it to buy this motor and the dirt bike money went into the motor also

What carbs are you using? I like the linkage, wonder if it would work on my scat solex 35mm double carb set?

those carbs look to be 34 ict, and the linkage looks to be gene berg. At least that is what it looks like

I don't think it's a Berg linkage, they traditionally mount to the fan shroud. Berg does sell crossbar style linkage but I think only for dual 2 barrel carbs. 'Tis nice though!

hmm. I wasj ust told that I had berg linkage once. But I have no Idea, but that linkage is nice.
