Hello, my name is Marie. I just acquired a '67 beetle. I drove it for the first time tonight. I am beginning to get a feel for what this VW thing is all about. The maiden trip went better than Bren expected. I had no problems, except when I got carried away. I took my friend for a ride around the block and forgot to take the parking brake off. Ooops.  Oh yes, the previous owner is fully aware of the fact that he is the previous owner. |

Wow good for you I think the VW lady's need to all have a talk with my wife and convince her that driving and owning a VW is fun and enjoyable. Especially when the Husbands get to do the dirty work.

HAHAHA Dont tell my wife she is capable of driving my bug or Ill never get it back. She really sux at driving stick despite many many manyyyyy lessons on my neon. The only stick car she had any luck with was my old Fuego Turbo, dont know why..... Welcome to the forum although I think youve been here before |
