looking for '74 sedan seat belt receiver

Seeking a front seat belt receiver for a '74 Beetle sedan.

My car came with all of the other belts and receivers, but it's missing this one. I figured I'd check with you guys first before I splurge and buy new belts. I've already checked on The Samba and while there are plenty of receivers on there, nothing matches this one.
