Anyone know of a quality place around Michigan that ceramic coats headers?

I've never found anyone in Michigan. We've used Jet-Hot out of Oklahoma with good results.

Roughly how much is it to get a header coated? Two or three hundred bucks(ish)?

QC Coatings in Shelby Township does ceramic headers. A friend of mine had headers done for his Shelby Mustang a few years ago was delighted with the results. www.qccoatings.comDavid Riedle

Yeah, awesome Dave! Thanks. Looks like they get pretty good reviews from the Michigan Mopar crowd. I think I might take a stab at it. Need something to cut back on radiant heat that isn't header ruster wrap. Figured a good internal/external ceramic coat would be the way to go.

I found a place in west Michigan that does ceramic coatings. Their favorite is the 2000 degF black. They say they can also get traditional silver and chrome look ceramic, but it is not rated for as high a temp as the black, and isnt as corrosion resistant. I am getting the black. Nice to not have something so flashy looking.
From Spring Lake (near Grand Haven), Lakeshore Custom Powder coating.
