Whoa, 1/16th of an inch?! How big was it to start with? I have never seen an accelerator pump jet anywhere near that big.

they start at 0.35 and go to 0.70,only done on turbo app.

I was gonna say, that is enormous. That's got to dump a lot of fuel own the drain when you step on it with that big of a jet. Why does it take that much extra juice to get her up and revving with a turbo?

Ya got to feed it! Boost reference the pressure reg too. so when it starts to boost the fuel pressure goes up with it. 275-300 needle&seat inlet size too plus hogging out the carb here&their mains are some where around 250's=HUGE thing is ya don't what to lean it out when it's on boost, things go BANG ,MSD BTM lets it run like a normal N/A bug when not on boost got the bung welded in the test pipe(outlet on turbo) now the fun begins,,fine Tuning Innovated MTX-L works awesome,(told my son I have a 'Tuner' car now need to find a secluded paved road and run it threw the gears

Got it 'Tuned' purdy good,,, 15lbs is where I stopped,, didn't hit a paved rd yet, Don't have the funds to build a proper trans before the BugRun ,, so we'll see how long it last

As always ,Had 'Fun' at the 'Bug Run' new bug ran OK,not impressed with the first cpl runs,14.6,14.9@ 89mph(10lbs of boost),,,, then with just a turn of the knob,,,(15lbs) 13.2 @ 104 mph with more seat time I'm sure the little 1915cc would push it deep in the 12's or maybe 11's ,,,just remembered I had 20lbs in the slicks,trying to save the 'Bone'stock trans,must of worked trans is still alive,LOL,,, installing the 2276cc soon then I thought,LOL, but 1st it's getting a better trans,,,,,still try to attach a pic for you'all,Thanks,Madmike
