So, this followed me home today.... It came with this pile of parts: Hard to see it all. Included two engines, some extra seats, what appears to be two new windshields still in the shipping carton, etc.

Many thanks to Bill Chapple, Todd Gerber, Ian Hartman and Sean Hartman. Not sure how I would have pulled this off without all there help!

Yes. I purchased it from Art's estate today. Was a long process but I got it done today. Bill was a big help with the coordination.

Original plan was to flip it. That is still the general plan. Just need to decide how much I am going to do to it before I flip it. Right now it is just too cold to do anything with it. Going to go put dryer sheets in it to keep the mice away and let it sit until it gets warm again.

Wow, it does look like that BMW. Also thought they look a little like corvairs. I can't see making this into a race car. Personally, I think they are too rare to do that to them. It will find a good home eventually.

Got the headliner installed last week. My kind of guy! Asked him how long, a week? He said "A week! You have to get this out of here Tuesday!" Dropped it off Saturday, Tuesday morning, early, he called and said it was done and it only cost $200. Bargain! Looks real nice, and he even made a cover for the rear parcel tray area.

Sold. It now resides in San Diego. Daughter and Father bought it. Flew in, rented a truck and trailer and hauled it home. She has another one that is rusty. Their plan is to make one really nice stock car out of the two.
