I just talked to Wifey she said that if I can fit in it, and we can afford it. I can buy one.
Now it needs to be yellow, large enough for a 6'-7" person, and cost under $500. All signs point to NO. Maybe thats why she said yes.

You know, from my understanding the TDI cars dont stink that much. I mean a TDI Jetta doesnt have a terrible smell. I am curious to see this thing, but I didnt go to the auto show.

Well, It amazes me! When I first got mine I was always showing my friends saying, "smell the exhaust, there's no deisel smell" It actually quiet for a deisel too. Starts right up, even in the -30* weather too! Has a good deal of power and spins them over from a dead stop! The wait to start is around 3 seconds when its cold out, which aint bad at all either. Great mileage too. There is a particulate filtr on these that keep the exhaust from stinking, and at around every 5000 miles the filter will do a discharge and dump the collected contaminates as while driving down the road at a highway speed a big puff of black smoke discharges from the exhaust. I bet people think your engine blew up though! LOL

Believe it or not, I have never heard of that concept. How did that one slip me by?

This looks like it might finally be the VW version of the TT, if so the platform is developed and proven. With the success of the sky/solstice one would think the market has feasability making the car a potential go.
