Well i just stumbled on this site while i was looking at a car on the Samba. I am originally from Kalamazoo (Comstock) MI but i moved to Cape Coral Florida about 5 Years ago. I currently own a 1962 Baja Beetle and a 1959 (project) Dune Buggy.

Welcome Zeb. Sure must be nice to be able to drive your VW in nice warm weather year around! I got started my addiction to VW's in Florida. Used to go there almost yearly when my Grandparents lived there (Ft. Lauderdale then Mt. Dora). VW's used to be in the used car lots all over the place. Never could talk my Dad into letting me bring one home.
