I saw it. Pretty nice. I wouldn't want to pull a float in a parade. A lot of start and stop is hard on the clutch.

I wouldn't want to pull a float either. Fortunately they are not that heavy, so its not like it is hard on the gearbox. But that little clutch...

There are a few around Holland I have consistently seen. A guy right on the NW corner of 31st St. and VanRaalte Ave. has a nice white Thing. It is in pretty good shape. Runs like a champ, but has a couple rust issues. Chrome has seen better days as well. There is also a orange thing that needs some TLC which I have seen a few times on the north side of town in a guys yard. Can't remember where that one was though...

That white one is right down the road from my house. I see it all the time. It almost never moves from the garage. I think he has been working on it though. Looks like a new roll bar thing in it and maybe a new top?

Yeah, he has a surfboard carrier of sorts on top of it. I have seen it at the state park and captain sunday a few times. It looks pretty sweet sitting in a parking lot with a board on top.  |

Oh thats whats it is! I only see it when I drive by the house and saw some sort of roll bar/cage in it. It is a nice looking thing though.
