here are a couple of pics of my new project. 63 bug that is not going to be stock...."sorry" ahead of time to all the purist on the site but this is probably my last project and I want to make it "mine" dropped, shaved, one piece windows (electric),custom interior, wide fenders (all metal). Love the Cal look (was born and raised there) now here in Michigan I want to finally have the bug of my dreams........

I am 67 years old and over the years have had to many cars to count, wish I had some of them now I would be rich, LOL I have a sand rail parked in the garage that I never use now, can't get in and out like I used to,LMAO but I regress My 14 year old grandson has a 1964 Beetle that he wants to fix up as his first car and I don't know who is more excited about him or me not a vw expert but have owned 3 beetles 2 buses 1 squareback and several street legal dune buggies.

finished installing the one piece power windows today and pretty pleased with the nice smooth up and down operation now on to the suicide doors.....
