This year will be a change. In the last few years we have been sponsored to run a booth promoting the Bug Runs and the club. This year the track is going to run their own booth. So, if we want a club booth we need to get our own. Is anyone interested in continuing our tradition of having a booth? We could still promote the club. Use it as a meeting point. Stash our parts there. Even sell a few parts from there if we want. What is the interest in this? If we do want a club booth I will help someone organize it. www.buggybuilders.com/ |

Just so you all know.
Booth costs $80. This includes two tickets.
Tickets after that are $20 each.
I will be working the US131 booth. So, someone else needs to step in and decide they want to do this and coordinate it.
If you want to do this let me know. I will help with the details, OK.

I just got my flyer, yesterday and (worker passes) early in's are $25 each. Got mine lined up but getting fairly pricey..... IMHO!

Is the $25 just for getting in early or is it also for a spot to work/sell at the show?

Just early in, a booth is $80, like I said before kinda pricey IMHO!

Note: you can't buy just an early in ticket.
If you rent a booth/space you get two tickets that let you in early to set up. You can buy up to two more tickets per booth.

They increased the general admission to $9.00 also.
Sure makes me appreciate what an outstanding deal the Bug Runs are!

I've parked in the lot to the north/under the center and don't recall there being room for trailers. Where do people park that haul a trailer there?

I suck at N. S. E. W. but looking out the loading dock doors the small lot on the left will take small trailers or the lot further to the left will take large trailers. or looking right the other side of Michigan Ave used to have some space. I have a 14' long trailer and have been told to park in both.? The lot way to the left is usually free.
