I want to convert the H case from an internal oil cooler into a dog house cooler. HOW? Step stud for the case, dog house cooler, early oil seals to dog cooler and fan shroud. Anything else I'm missing?

I would drill and tap the case for an 8mm stud instead of a step stud. You will also have to drill the holes out where the oil cooler studs pass through.

Two tin pieces that mount on the doghouse to direct oil cooler exhaust air. Front engine tin. Hoover bit. Air flap linkage.

There are special seals for the miss-match in sizes also.

Must look for those. H case is what I have on hand and if anything happens to the car I won't be out a lot of money.
