That stinks, I personally would have love to see some of those cars get restored.

The junkyard was in southern Ohio. The closest large city was Dayton.

Those are some sad pictures for sure. There is a huge VW Junkyard in Akron Ohio called Two Brothers they let my dad walk through there before.

Why did I run through life with blinders on? When I lived in Parma Ohio I was 45 minutes from Akron. I was was in Akron only once. I drove 30 minutes many times to go to a Junk Yard in Medina Ohio that only had about 10 VW's.

A guy at work mentioned he saw a Junkyard in Indiana, that had VW's stacked up over the fence...
I think he said take 69 to 6, then head west on 6. Anybody know of that one?

Once again blinders. When I lived outside of Goshen IN I was 1 hour from Angola. I guess I even drove by that place many times on my way to and from Ohio on route 20.
Want to know an other thing I am kicking myself for I once lived in Orange County CA. At the time I was not interested in VW's. I was 16-18 years old. Stupid!
I need to visit a Junk Yard soon this spring.
