type 181 Thing near Hastings, MI

Hi there - a while back me and a buddy purchased a couple of VW Things as projects.  I put up the cash and he had the knowledge and skills to complete the project.  In the mean time my buddy has taken a job out of state and in turn I am stuck.  One of the Thing's is 80% complete and the other is barely started.  I am here asking if anyone knows of a shop or a person close to Hastings, Michigan that would be willing to take on completing the one Thing?  I am afraid that if I do not find a place or person with the skills needed that I will have to put the two type 181's up for sale (if anyone is interested in purchasing them LMK).

What needs to be finished on them? Do you have / can get pictures of them?

Again my mechanical knowledge is limited but most of the work to be done is electrical. There is some body work and some mechanical work to be done but most is electrical (turn signals, lights etc...). I currently do not have any means of taken pics but I will try to find someone with a camera that will take pics for me to post.
