Well I was bored and needed to fix the sender in the Tank, so pulled the motor,fixed the sender,Decided to do some upgrades on motor,like Full Flow ,filter,I may just split it and toss in a better Cam? Now I need a bolt on cam gear and a different 26mm Pump ( I have a new Full Flow Melling 30mm if anyone want to swap???),,Gonna run Dual 40IDF's and looking for decent Header Too,Thanks,Madmike

Looked good on the inside of the motor :)Checked the 'Cofap' cam that was in this recent build and one lobe was worn purdy good NO can't see any wear with the eye ,had to use a Mic ;)Lifters looked great,Also Beware of the aftermarket OIL pumps and the Bazillion cases !!! make sure the pickup hole matches with the case!! They are thinner then the German cases their So I'm just going to clearance the 26mm pump for the W110 cam and slap on a deep sump too,tapped the case for Full Flow yesterday too,Madmike

It has a padded dash after all,I didn't get a good look the first time(avoiding Hornets)just peeking through the windshield,Mustash bar was already trimmed by PO,but I need to pick up a 45* fitting to clear it on the pump plate,Madmike

That is odd they trimmed it. My full flow all clears.

Hey Mike
I've got the old bumper off my bus hangin in the rafters. Someone along the way cut some tabs and bent them up on the bottom. Looks like they made it fit over a beetle exhaust otherwise its pretty decent. You can have it if you can figure a way to get it. I live down by Detroit Metro airport

If my memory is right, Mike's newer bumper was gray and had a catskills or some sort of cat related sticker on it.
