I think its coming up first weekend in Sept? Steven can confirm this. Is anyone thinking of going to this? Car show, wine tasting and a ton of stuff going around town. We are going and taking DC for the show.

The car/motorcycle show is Saturday September 7, 2013.
I know Rick is planning on being there. Rumoris that a yellow VW Thing might make an apperance.
Anyone else?
I live two blocks from downtown.

Dorothy and I did a wine tour with friends last weekend. We would recommend a few things,,,
There is a candy store right next to the Contessa winery that sells chocolate covered bacon, and it's pretty good. Worth a test.
The Round Barn winery does something called DiVine Black Walnut Creme which is like Bailey's Irish Creme that is unbelievably good, left to my own devices I might have 10 or 15 tokens and just "tested" this 10 or 15 times!
There is also a truffle shop called the Chocolate Garden which is supposed to be the best truffle shop in America. Might be...
I would recommend the patented chocolate mocha drink. Really, really good!
Fun times, even if we were in a Hummer H-3, it would be really fun in a VW!

THANKS Kenn and Steven for saving the spot!!!! Man there is SO much to see {and taste} in that town. Sorry we didn't get come down Steven, the civilians wanted to do the wine tasting. We are thinking of staying the nnight next year, long way to drive home.

Came back around 2:45 and they were all done. I did ask who won the truck catagory, Kaiser Jeep.
