What do you guys think of these?   There a couple of 50 cal. bullets. I was thinking I could put them together, and lay them down like a t handle. Any idea's of what I could use to hold them together? I don't think I can weld them together, but maybe. jerry |

For one thing, I would point the bullets AWAY from the driver! It is an interesting idea to use those for a shifter. Not sure I've ever seen that before. You must be "fired" up by this idea--I'm sure someone of your "caliber" would be able to welder/solder those together.  |

Since you are on the subject of bullets and shells I do have this if you want. It is a 25mm shell it measures 5-3/8" long by 1-1/2" dia. Sorry no bullet but if you make a insert that is threaded and weld it in the open end you can use it vertical with the cap on the top.  Good job TaylorMutts keep it up. |

What do you guys think of this one? I got it the other day and ever since I've been walking around singing that song "brass monkey" by the beasty boys. I think it would be pretty funny, it's a see no evil brass monkey.   Do you think I could just braze a nut to the bottom? Its hollow, and too thin to tap.  jerry |
