What do you guys think of these? There a couple of 50 cal. bullets. I was thinking I could put them together, and lay them down like a t handle. Any idea's of what I could use to hold them together? I don't think I can weld them together, but maybe. jerry

For one thing, I would point the bullets AWAY from the driver! It is an interesting idea to use those for a shifter. Not sure I've ever seen that before. You must be "fired" up by this idea--I'm sure someone of your "caliber" would be able to welder/solder those together.

Since you are on the subject of bullets and shells I do have this if you want. It is a 25mm shell it measures 5-3/8" long by 1-1/2" dia. Sorry no bullet but if you make a insert that is threaded and weld it in the open end you can use it vertical with the cap on the top. Good job TaylorMutts keep it up.

What do you guys think of this one? I got it the other day and ever since I've been walking around singing that song "brass monkey" by the beasty boys. I think it would be pretty funny, it's a see no evil brass monkey. Do you think I could just braze a nut to the bottom? Its hollow, and too thin to tap. jerry
