Hey everyone. I've got a 65' and 56' beetle. Over the years i have owned about a dozen vw's, mostly dune buggy's and baja bugs. i finished my 65' as a frame off restoration in 2004. My 56' was purchased recently and from southern California -no rust at all, but I discovered some accident repairs after getting it home. i have decided to get it mechanically up to par, and then have fun with it. I work in commercial and industrial refrigeration for a company called Secure Service. Just recently the smoke has cleared from a divorce -part of the reason I have not been as active in the club as i'd like. I look forward to next season and participating in club events

You live in Galesburg I work in Galesburg. Remember the tall Guy who wanted to see if I could fit in your Oval the Friday before the Fall Bug Run 2008. Wow to cool hope to see you and your Oval again.

Hey Kevin: Nice to see you posting in here. Hope to see you at more events in 2009! Hopefully you will be deciding which car to drive and not if you are going to go or not, if you know what I mean....
I have always enjoyed your company at events. First event you and I went to together was the last bug run, 2006. We both got trophies. It was great fun.
