I had planned on going to run the autox. I've been in contact with the organizer about the lack of specifics and sign up for this portion of the event and have been told that the autox is going to happen. However, with no details as far as classes or cost, plus the fact that it is Mother's Day, I'm out.
Just trying to figure out which restaurant Mom would like best

My daughter is going. The bride and I can't make it, but she is going with a friend. My daughter and her friend are two new generation Vedubbers. My daughter's has her 1969 Beetle, and her friend drives a 1972 Beetle autostick. Glad they are going to be able to be there. Hopefully she will be taking lots of pictures.

Nope.
Wish I could feel better about this event but I don't. Appletree has not supported local VW events (Bug Run). Why they go do this instead bothers me. And, I have to believe scheduling so close to Bug Run did not help our attendance.
Sorry for the negativity but it is where I am at with them.

Nope. Wish I could feel better about this event but I don't. Appletree has not supported local VW events (Bug Run). Why they go do this instead bothers me. And, I have to believe scheduling so close to Bug Run did not help our attendance. Sorry for the negativity but it is where I am at with them. X2 |
