No lights...no funny car style...nobody flaming me for chopping up a pedal car?  ;D Volksrod, I've aleady stretched the frame out about 3" to get the front tires "out there". I'm gonna try to get the body down a little further, then fill in where the fenders used to be with steel. Single stage Maroon paint on the body, cream colored front wheels, some pinstiping by Cori, and, I'm thinking about fabbing a tiny Duval style windshield. ;D |

I just saw a book on pedal cars, and they had the Bug 'vert in it. Apparently it was pretty popular, and the early ones are somewhat valuable today!
Is this going to be a "Blu" clone so Liam can be just like Patrick?

Yeah, the Volksrod was an early version, rubber tires, and a few other little differences. I have a later one that is going to be Blu's "mini me". I am at the "bodywork" stage on both.

Got the body down a little, shortened the "pedals" a bit so they wouldn't drag on the ground!  |
