Well, I have been off the grid for a couple weeks on vacation. We went to my wife's parents property in East Texas for the holidays. They have 400 acres out there, and way out in the woods of their property we found the wife's old high school bug out there. It's been parked out there for about 25 years. It is a 1961 Bug, and now has a freaking tree growing out of the front of it. I reckon in another 25 years, it might be a VW tree house. She wanted to drag it out of there and restore it. But, not so sure that would be an easy thing to do... Here it is.. I guess she won't have to worry about it being towed anytime soon either..

Yeah, that one is another crime. It's a 64 1/2 mustang sitting there rotting away..

It is in East Texas on my wife's parent's property. They won't let anyone on their property except family (they are weird like that). So, it will have to stay where it is for now. We plan to some day get it out of there and seeing if it is restorable, but that is going to have to wait until the property is turned over to the wife.
