Hey Everybody:
I received an email from Harbor Freight for a click-type 1/2 inch torque wrench for $9.99. I don't have a 1/2" wrench for things like wheels, so I went out this evening and picked one up.
It's a great deal for $10. It comes with a nice plastic storage case as well. Now the wheels on the Pig of Plastic are torqued to the correct specs.
Would I put together an engine with one?
Probably not, although it is supposed to be accurate to within 4%, but for chassis stuff, and wheels, it's great.
They are normally $40, but are on sale right now for $20 without a coupon. They just need to scan the coupon, so if anyone needs one, drop me a PM and I'll be happy to email it to you.

Hi Dave, sounds like a great deal. Bring it to the Tech Session in January and we can test & calibrate it (if possible). I've got an electronic torque gauge that I use to check the wrenches.
