Anyone going to the South Haven Car Show? It looks like 70 percent chance of thunderstorms so we will have to watch the weather forecast tonight.  John in Plainwell |

Yah, we checked out all 10 cars at Lawton then drove over to South Haven to find a few more but not a large turn-out, never got rained on but it sure threated a few times, parked next to an orange westy made contact with ?John? the owner(I'm terrible with names) a good time was had by all. Talked in length to Glen and the progess on his westy. We were the only two VW's there. Then we, Steve, Jeramie, Nick and I went to Shermans Ice Cream for a malt then cruised the North and South beaches. lotsa eye candy. Where were the rest of you?  ?? Fair weather VW owners? |

I was hiding out at our Denso company picnic. They incorporate a car show. Of course I was the only VW there. At least I was not the only import!

I drove my Bug over to Dan's and had planned on cruising over to the South Haven show and checking out a couple leads I have on other Bugs but we both ended up playing xbox 360 all day! Rainbow 6 Las Vegas is addictive! Before we knew it the day was gone

The Orange 73 Westley owner is Steve Miles here in South Haven , I got a GoodVolks card from Ken and past it on. Steve and his dad have been around VWs for a many of years an own many. Steve hangs with the Buss by the Beach , He was at the Gilmore show next to me last year.
